Dairy-free Broccoli Fritters
This recipe is for 6 fritters!
1/3 head of broccoli
2/3 cup of shredded cheese (I used @daiyafoods cheddar & @followyourheart mozzarella)
1 whisked egg
1 tbsp of almond flour
1/4-1/2 tsp paprika (depending your preference)
salt and pepper for flavor!
Blend the broccoli in a food processor. Then mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Put into muffin pan and bake for 15-20 minutes at 350
