These were so easy to make and delicious. Perfect for dinner, snack, or even an appetizer. I found something similar on TikTok but modified it to make sure my body will feel its best after eating it. The dairy-free cheese definitely makes it seem like you are eating a yummy, cheesy fritter. It is a great way to introduce vegetables to your diet if you are new to them (like my brother).

Dairy-free Broccoli Fritters

This recipe is for 6 fritters!

  • 1/3 head of broccoli

  • 2/3 cup of shredded cheese (I used @daiyafoods cheddar & @followyourheart mozzarella)

  • 1 whisked egg

  • 1 tbsp of almond flour

  • 1/4-1/2 tsp paprika (depending your preference)

  • salt and pepper for flavor!

Blend the broccoli in a food processor. Then mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Put into muffin pan and bake for 15-20 minutes at 350
